Sid Peddinti is a Business & Tax Attorney, Serial Entrepreneur & Philanthropist who has been through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. His multi-million dollar bakery was forced into bankruptcy in 2005 and he lost it all. That’s when he decided to learn and master the law to help people make the right strategic decisions before it’s too late.

Since then he has pursued a career in law and has studied business & tax law in Canada, the UK, and the US. He has worked with over 25,000 people from diverse backgrounds and financial situations through his consulting firms in Canada & the US.

He specializes in “restructuring” the way people or entities “earn income, pay taxes, and protect assets”. Sid focuses on asset protection, tax reduction, liability elimination, asset acquisition, and strategic philanthropy on a day-to-day basis.
