Randall S. “Randy” Bond is the Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Officer and Head of Trust and Wealth Management Consulting at FiPar Financial, Inc. In his leadership role with FiPar, he also serves as a senior consultant to banks, trust companies, registered investment advisors, family offices, trustees and executors and serves as an expert witness in fiduciary litigation and probate litigation matters.

Prior to joining FiPar, Randy led trust services and wealth strategy at Texas Capital Bank as Chief Fiduciary Officer and Head of Trust and Wealth Strategy. In his role at Texas Capital, he supervised trust officers, financial planners, wealth strategists and estate settlement officers and served as Chair of the Trust Administration Committee. He also led the trust department during internal audits, bank examinations . During his tenure at Texas Capital Bank, Randy led the team through a trust system conversion, custodian conversion and department restructuring. He guided the department through updates in policies, procedures and comprehensive marketing projects.

Before joining Texas Capital Bank, Randy served as the Fiduciary Market Manager for Texas and Arizona for PNC Private Bank. In addition to leading a team of over 18 trust professionals across multiple metro markets, Randy served as a member of the PNC Special Assets Committee, the PNC Policy and Procedure Committee and as Chair of the Texas Administrative Review Committee. His leadership included active participation in the integration advisory working group and a trust operating system conversion from BBVA USA to PNC Bank.

Randy also served as the Chief Fiduciary Officer at BBVA USA. He was responsible for the trust and estate services for BBVA in the United States and was also responsible for direct reporting of fiduciary activities to the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta and the Trust Committee of the Board of Directors of BBVA USA. During his tenure with BBVA, Randy guided the team through a comprehensive trust system conversion and the establishment of a trust middle office unit for account openings and closings. Prior to leading the BBVA USA fiduciary team, Randy was a Senior Fiduciary Advisory Specialist at Wells Fargo Private Bank. He has advised individuals and families in estate planning and probate matters as a licensed attorney in Houston and served as a regional wealth consultant for individual and families for A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and its successors.

Randy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He is a member of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, where he has been a licensed attorney since 1996. He serves on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. Randy is also a member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council, and has previously served on the Government Relations Committee of the Wealth Management & Trust division of the Texas Bankers Association. In his time outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, snow skiing, reading and baseball.
