Marin’s legal practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and planning for families with special needs. Marin works extensively with professional fiduciaries in complex administrative and litigated issues in trusts, probates, and related administrations.
She earned her BA degree in Communication Studies with minors in Music and Statistics from Brigham Young University. She received her JD, cum laude, also from Brigham Young University, where she was President of the Public Interest Law Foundation and Associate Editor for the Education Law Journal. She has coaches a local high school mock trial team and regularly donates her time with Public Law Center’s naturalization clinics.
In her free time, she loves musical theater, marathon running, and exploring the Orange County with her husband, two children, and dog.
